We are happy to announce the third international Summer School on Imaging in Epilepsy (SuSIE) which will take place July 9 to 12, 2017 at Rauischholzhausen Castle, near Marburg, Germany.
As in the first (2015 in Bonn, Germany) and second SuSIE (2016, Marburg, Germany) the program consists of one day with plenary lectures on all aspects of structural and functional imaging in epilepsy. On the two following days, participants can choose four out of twelve different workshops in which imaging and application specialists provide hands-on training.
Compared to SuSIE 1 and SuSIE 2 we have extended the number of available workshops to better address the particular interests of each participant. The following work-shops are new:
- MRI application work-shop: learn to teach your technicians at home
- Neurosurgeons' session: epilepsy surgery from image acquisition to neuronavigation
- Pediatricians' session: structural and functional imaging in children
- MR Physicists and application specialists work-shop: the special challenge of MRI in epilepsy patients
Please see the program with extended spectrum of courses.
The BESA-sponsored work-shop on EEG and MEG based electrical source analysis will now comprise three consecutive work-shops (9 hours total) to allow intense hands-on learning of the technique.
Please find the details on registration for the SuSIE 2017 here.
We look forward to welcoming you to the 2017 SuSIE at wonderful Rauischholzhausen Castle.
